Sagamore Lodge is tucked away in the Tennessee woods at Chickasaw State Park in Henderson. It is a little off the beaten path, so please download your directions beforehand and allow extra travel time.

Your Sunday best! No need for overly formal attire. Jewel tones and earthy autumn colors are encouraged, but not required. Please choose comfortable, outdoor-friendly shoes for the short walk from parking to the lodge.

Mostly indoors! Our celebration will take place inside the cozy lodge. There is a short outdoor walk from the parking area, and guests are welcome to enjoy the park while visiting.

Late October can bring mild afternoons and crisp evenings. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater, and please check the forecast before you travel.

Please let us know at least one week before the wedding, by October 17, so we can discuss accommodations for dietary, medical, or religious needs.

Accessibility was an important consideration when choosing the venue. If you have a specific accessibility need or concern, please reach out before the wedding so we can help plan accordingly.

We have done our best to account for significant others we know about. If you plan to bring a plus-one, please let us know in advance so we can account for seating and meals.

Absolutely! Children are welcome with their families. Please supervise little ones throughout the celebration, especially around the park. If your child needs a break during the ceremony, we kindly ask you to step outside with them for a few moments.

Yes! Please take photos from your seat and be mindful of our professional photographers. Stay out of the aisles, avoid blocking their view, and follow any requests they make during the ceremony.

Gifts are never expected or necessary. For those who wish to give, we have chosen monetary gifts in lieu of a traditional registry. Please see the Gift Registry section below.

We experienced little to no cellular service in the park using C Spire and Xfinity. Other carriers may also have limited coverage. Wi-Fi availability is not confirmed. Please save directions, screenshots, and other important information before entering the park.
